Structure made by solid technology

TENOCOLUMN method

TENOCOLUMN is a high quality soil cement column produced by mechanically agitating and mixing the soil with slurry cement being injected into the soil. The produced soil cement increases its strength and durability by its own hardening reaction, which securely supports the superstructure for a long. This method has been applied in more than many projects, winning a high reputation for its quality and reliability.

Double reinforcing bar

The main wall and floor have double rebars inside of the concrete are adopted to keep durability.

Closed hoop structure

We adopt closed hoop structure at joint part which is made by weld joint at factory. It is more highly strength than general using method of pillar therefor, if earthquake hit, it can minimize the damage.

Raised Floor with energy saving

We install the raised floor which keeps the space between the concrete and floor to avoid the heat and cold of the concrete directly conducting to the floor.

High quality sound insulation of airtight sash T2

Bedroom has a metal-framed sliding door (Sash) those keeps out the noise from outside.

Anti-quake frame
